What we collect
When you use Shaikly, we receive from your store the order data needed to run the service: customer name, mobile number, address, and the order details and value. From you as a merchant: business name, contact details, and the credentials that connect your store and courier.
What we use it for
One thing only: running Shaikly on your behalf — confirming orders, computing risk scores, cleaning addresses, and filing shipments with your courier. We do not sell data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
A merchant sees the data of their own store's customers, and nobody else's. Data is shared only with the parties required to fulfil the order: the courier you chose, and the messaging provider (such as WhatsApp) that delivers the confirmation.
How we protect it
Data is stored on secured servers, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), with access restricted and logged. We apply least-privilege access across our internal systems.
When it is deleted
If you close your account, we delete your store and customer data within 30 days of your request, except where the law requires us to retain it. You can request an export or a deletion at any time.
Your customers' rights
Any end customer who received a message through Shaikly can ask to stop being contacted or to have their data deleted — we act on that immediately and notify the merchant.
