Cash on delivery in Egypt grows every year — and returns grow right along with it. One merchant in three loses a quarter of their shipments to returns, and that is not a line in a report: it is shipping paid for nothing, stock sitting in transit for weeks, and a team chasing orders that were never going to land.
The couriers are not the problem — they deliver what they're handed. The problem is that the losing order gets shipped at all. That is what Shaikly changes: we stand between the order and the shipment, and make sure anything that costs you delivery money is worth it.
We start with returns because that is where it hurts most — but what we're building is bigger: a complete money system for cash on delivery, from the moment an order lands to the moment the cash reaches your account.

Shaikly is built by a technical founder who lived the returns problem inside his own e-commerce business — not a consultant who saw it from a distance. The system is built from inside the Egyptian market, for its merchants, on its real numbers.
