The service
Shaikly is a platform that helps cash-on-delivery merchants cut returns: order confirmation over messaging, risk scoring, address cleanup, and courier integrations. The service is provided as-is, and we improve it continuously.
Your account and use
You are responsible for the accuracy of your store data and for keeping your integration keys confidential. Using Shaikly to send spam, unlawful content, or anything that breaches messaging-platform policies is prohibited — we may suspend an offending account immediately to protect every other merchant.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is per order, exactly as published on the pricing page — the first 100 orders are free, and after that it is EGP 2 for every order that passes through Shaikly. Any separately priced add-on will be announced clearly before you switch it on. There are no hidden fees.
Data
Your customers' data belongs to you. Our use of it is governed by the Privacy Policy, and you can request an export or a deletion at any time.
Limitation of liability
Shaikly is a tool for reducing returns and does not guarantee a specific improvement — results vary by product and audience. In all cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid Shaikly in the last 3 months.
Changes
If we change these terms we will notify you on your registered contact details a reasonable time before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
